The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended for both consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activities. A business is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activities when concluding a legal transaction.

By listing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can first add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation via email.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the order process.
We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details.
Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order via PayPal. Further instructions are provided in the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered customers additional payment methods at their own discretion. We have no influence on the offering of these additional payment methods; they are subject to your legal agreement with PayPal. Further information is available in your PayPal account.
Stripe
You can pay via Stripe, using your preferred payment method.
Apple Pay
If you have Apple Pay set up, you can use it to complete your payment quickly and securely.
Google Pay
Google Pay is available as a payment option for fast and secure transactions.
The statutory liability for defects applies.
Information about any applicable additional guarantees and their exact terms can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
Our shop also offers digital products such as e-books and training courses. These products are delivered digitally and are not eligible for returns or refunds after purchase. This is because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be physically returned. Once a digital item is downloaded or accessed, it is considered used, and refunds cannot be issued due to the nature of digital content distribution.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
